Who we are
Oradea Destination Management Organization (Visit Oradea) is a public-private partnership, started in 2015, between the local authority in Oradea and the most important stakeholders in the tourism sector, from #Oradea and #BăileFelix.
Founding members
The founding members of Visit Oradea are the partners who contributed to establishing and developing a structure dedicated to promoting and leveraging the tourism potential of the city of Oradea and the Bihor destination. Through collaboration between public administration, the business sector, and local partners, Visit Oradea aims to consolidate a coherent strategy for the destination's development and promotion, increase its visibility, and support a tourism sector that is competitive, sustainable, and focused on the needs of both visitors and the local community.

Mission
The main purpose of the DMO is the design and implementation of the tourist development policy for the destination, research and development of the destinations’ marketing strategy and the creation of local tourist products, to be put on sale; the development of services for visitors, organizing events and developing the event's agenda in order to increase awareness on the destination, and also the development of events meant to revitalize areas with tourist potential in Oradea; establishing strategic partnerships at local, national and international levels.
Another important responsibility is the development of a city brand, along with applying and ensuring the correctness of all distinctive marketing attributes in all promotional materials, in events organized and in key partnerships developed.
APTOR Structure
The Association for the Promotion of Tourism in Oradea and the Region (APTOR) brings together a team dedicated to developing and promoting tourism in Oradea and the surrounding area. Its organizational structure reflects a commitment to efficient administration, institutional collaboration, and leveraging the destination's tourism potential. Through expertise, engagement, and coordination, APTOR supports the promotion of Oradea’s image, the development of tourism initiatives, and the strengthening of relationships with local and international partners.
